7:00 p.m. - East Troy Town Hall

1. Election of Officers:  Chairperson, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer
2. Approve Meeting Minutes from the August 11, 2009 Regular Meeting
3. Approve payment of Commissioners' stipend for the past year:  $3,000 to Chairperson, $2,500 each to Treasurer and Secretary, and $1,500 each for elected Commissioners and appointed Commissioners.
4. Weed Harvesting/Equipment Status Report and possibly take action on the matter.
5. Status Report on Well #7 and possibly take action on the matter.
6. Commissioner/Public Comments
7. Adjourn Open Session to convene in Closed Session, pursuant to Wis. Stats. §§ 19.85(1) & (g) to allow District Commissioners to confer with legal counsel and deliberate regarding water well litigation strategy.
8. Re-Convene to Open Session to consider and act upon any matters discussed in Closed Session.
9. Adjourn
